Fredericka “Ricka” Sadovnikoff

Ricka is a Physician Assistant who joined SVHC in February 2024. She was raised in New England and spent many summers in Maine. She is excited to make her childhood vacation destination her year-round home! Ricka earned her BA at Amherst College before attending Northeastern University where she obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Ricka then completed a Physician Assistant fellowship program in pediatric medicine at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. There she worked briefly in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Progressive Care Unit before deciding to relocate back to New England. Ricka greatly enjoys working with the pediatric population as well as working to create a safe and collaborative healthcare experience with patients of all ages. When not working Ricka enjoys outdoor recreation, traveling, baking treats to share with family and friends, as well as relaxing at home with her Flemish Giant rabbit.
