Your first visit to establish dental care.

- Full set of x-rays
- Recommended treatment plan
Periodic Exam
Your yearly exam.
This Includes:
- Intra / Extra oral examinations
- Bitewing x-rays (recommended every 1-2 years)
- Panoramic x-ray (recommended every 3-5 years)
- Recommended treatment plan
Limited Exam (Emergency Visit)
Same day treatment is not guaranteed
- Intra / Extra oral examinations of concern area / tooth
- Bitewing and periapical x-rays of concern area / tooth
- Recommended treatment or specialist referral for area / tooth
Prophylaxis (Cleanings)
Scaling and Root Planing (Deep Cleanings)
What to Expect After a Scaling Root Planing
Fluoride Varnish
Available during cleaning appointments for children and adults as needed.
Sealants
Recommended for children and adults to prevent cavities. Usually placed between the ages of 6 – 12 when the permanent molars erupt.

You should receive a follow-up call a business day after your procedure. Please make sure we have the correct phone number, and if possible, an active voicemail so we can reach you.
Fee Discount
If you are on our medical Sliding Fee Discount this also covers dental services. Preventative visits are the same amount as your fee discount copay, ranging from $20-$60. For dental procedures, copays range from $40-$80. Prices for future procedures and appointments will be discussed at the initial dental visit.
