Catherine McAllister

Catherine brings to Sacopee Valley Health Center her energy for Behavioral Health optimization and clinical excellence, drawing on a career built on extensive experience beginning in 1998. Data-informed care and use of Evidence Based Practices are important drivers for both her supervisory and direct clinical care work. Catherine is an avid consumer of emerging research and treatment trends, always mindful of bringing best-practice to the clinic.  In addition to being an aficionado of fine chocolate and coffee, Catherine spends as many hours as possible in the woods and waters of Maine and New Hampshire, being a proud to be raised in Oxford County, Maine. Catherine’s free time is directed by the needs of her Black Lab dogs and her other human family members,  who are also in the servitude of the household dogs.
