Eric joined SVHC in 2020. He started his career in emergency medical services in Boston, Massachusetts. He practiced for six years as an emergency room nurse before becoming a family nurse practitioner (FNP). He became an FNP to bridge the gap between emergency and preventative medicine.
Eric received much of his clinical experience at SVHC where he completed several internships and gained a love for the patients and working in rural Maine. Eric has a passion for helping Mainers with limited access to healthcare. He is thrilled for the opportunity to partner with health center patients and help them meet their healthcare needs.
When he is not helping people, Eric is an avid beachcomber. His other hobbies include motorcycling, skiing, and surfing. He is also a dog-lover and enjoys walking his French Brittany, Ollie.
